How does your pricing work?

We give you a fixed price on WhatsApp in under 2h, quoted by weight, dimensions and country: shipping, handling and delivery are locked before you sign. If your shipment triggers destination customs duties, we break them down for you upfront so you know the total before paying. No fine print, no after-the-fact adjustments.

How long does it take?

Documents Spain ↔ Philippines: 4–6 days. Balikbayan to the Philippines (air): 7–15 days. Spain → UK, Italy, Germany: 2–3 days. Spain → US, Mexico: 2–4 days. Every shipment carries real-time tracking from pickup to delivery — you see it, your family receives it.

Do you collect from my home or do I bring it?

We collect across Europe on WhatsApp, usually same-day across Barcelona and the metro area. If you prefer to drop it off, we're at Carrer de Camprodon 21 — before 6:00 PM your shipment leaves the same day and we hand-carry it to the airport. Real person, no call center.

What documents do I need?

For personal shipments the sender's ID or passport plus the recipient's details at destination is enough. For customs-controlled goods (electronics, food, medication), we prepare the declaration for you and just hand it to you to sign.

Do you speak Tagalog?

Yes. We support Spanish, English and Filipino — so your lola in Manila can ask directly and understand what's going on with the shipment. That's our edge over anonymous platforms: a real person, in your family's language.

Can you invoice my company?
