What companies send with us
Three things, all from our office in Barcelona.
Your employees' documents
Degrees, police certificates, birth certificates or powers of attorney: we send them to their country or bring them from there, up to 2 kg and in both directions. They are paper with no commercial value, so customs is handled.
Boxes and suitcases
Boxes by sea to Pakistan, and suitcases or parcels to Europe. Before shipping we tell you whether anything is payable at destination.
Authorised errands
We go on your employee's behalf, with their signed authorisation: to a consulate, a notary, the lost property office or to collect their driving licence. Then, if needed, we ship it.
How invoicing works
- Without a monthly account
- Each shipment is paid when you order it, like any customer.
- With a monthly account
- The month's shipments go on a single invoice, one line per shipment with its statement. We issue it at the start of the month and you pay by bank transfer within the agreed term.
- Account limit
- We agree it when we open the account. If it is exceeded, or an invoice is overdue, the next shipment is paid on the spot.
- Tax details
- The invoice is issued to the company, with its tax ID or EU VAT number.
Volume pricing
It works in tiers of shipments or kilos a month, per service and per country. When we open the account we tell you which tier applies, on top of each service's published price.
How the account is opened

Questions from companies
Do we have to pay for each shipment?
Without a monthly account, yes: each shipment is paid when you order it. With a monthly account, the month's shipments go on a single invoice that you pay by bank transfer.
Is there volume pricing?
Yes, in tiers of shipments or kilos a month, per service and per country. We tell you yours when we open the account.
Can you collect a document on behalf of an employee?
Yes, with their signed authorisation: at a consulate, a notary, the lost property office or the driving licence office. Before going, we check what that office asks for to hand it to someone else.
What about customs at destination?
For documents, customs is handled: they are paper with no commercial value. For boxes and suitcases we tell you before shipping whether anything is payable at destination; within the European Union, personal belongings don't go through customs.
Can several people in the company order?
Yes. Tell us who orders and who receives the invoices when we open the account.
