What is an errand with authorisation?

Going to an office on your behalf —a consulate, the Guardia Civil, a notary— to collect something that is yours. You sign an authorisation for the member of our team who goes, and with it and a copy of your ID we collect it.

Will you ship my passport or ID card if you collect it?

Yes. A document in your name is yours: we hand it to you or ship it to you with tracking. The only thing we don't ship is what the office itself says must go back to whoever issued it.

Why do documents go through a link and not a chat?

Because a copy of your passport in a chat stays on a phone forever. Through the link it is stored encrypted, only the people who need it can see it, and it is deleted after the retention period.

What if the office won't release it to someone else?

Some offices require you in person or a power of attorney. Before we go we tell you what yours asks for; if it can't be done with an authorisation, we tell you and we don't go.

How much does it cost?

Each errand has a fixed price, and shipping to your home is separate. If you don't see the figure on this page, ask us: we give you the price before we go.
