What needs collecting or dropping off, at which office and in whose name.

Price and reference
We give you a fixed price and your reference (AC-…), with tracking, before we go.

Authorisation and secure link
You sign an authorisation for the member of our team who will go, and upload it with a copy of your ID through a single-use link.

We go, and hand it over or ship it
We collect it on your behalf. We hand it to you at our office or ship it to your home with tracking.
What we need from you
- The signed authorisation for the member of our team who will go.
- A copy of your ID document.
- The letter, message or slip that says where it is and that it is ready.
The authorisation and the copy of your ID are uploaded only through the secure link we send you. Please don't send them to us on WhatsApp or by email.
What we don't do
- Handle the procedure with the traffic authority for you
- Sign anything on your behalf
- Take your documents over WhatsApp or email
- Ship what the office says must go back to whoever issued it
Your document —passport, ID card, driving licence— is yours: we hand it to you or ship it to you. The only thing we don't ship is what the office says must go back to whoever issued it.
