“Ask” is literal: we have not measured that figure for this corridor and we do not invent it. Our price is closed on WhatsApp before we collect anything. We do not promise an exact delivery date or dealings with Bangladeshi authorities.
What's in and what we don't promise.
Before it travels, the paper goes through here.
The real chain a Bangladeshi document follows before it is valid in Spain. It is short and it is recent: the country joined the Convention in 2025.
Issuing authority
The BDRIS registry for births, or whichever authority applies.
MOFA
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues the apostille through its official e-Apostille platform.
The shipment
We collect, ship and deliver. It is the only step that is ours.
Use in Spain
Spain did not object to the accession, so an apostilled Bangladeshi document is valid here.
If the destination is not Spain
Twelve countries objected — Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark and Greece among them — and for those, consular legalisation is still required.

Do you also bring documents from Bangladesh to Spain?
Yes, in both directions.
Do documents still need to be legalised at the embassy?
To use them in Spain, no: since 30 March 2025 the apostille is enough. For other European countries that objected to the accession, it is still required.
Is there a Bangladeshi consulate in Barcelona?
None that we know of. Bangladesh's representation in Spain is in Madrid, on calle Manuel Marañón 13. Many of our shipments between Barcelona and Madrid are precisely for that reason.
Can you obtain the birth certificate for me in Bangladesh?
No. We move the document; obtaining it is a matter for the Bangladeshi authority or for whoever handles it there. Once it is ready, we bring it over.
Do you collect at my home?
Yes, at the address you give us. And in Barcelona you can bring it to Carrer de Camprodon 21.
