02The comparison

Same thing. Much less money.

Same document, same route, same approximate delivery time. With the big couriers you pay for the global network: DHL, FedEx and UPS cover 220+ countries and that structure is priced into every shipment. We run one dedicated route with fixed local operators — fewer layers, lower cost. That's the whole difference.

Coordination in the Philippines

Public rates from DHL, FedEx and UPS for standard document shipping Spain–Philippines, checked in 2026; all three bill insurance separately — and so do we: we arrange it on request, on the value you declare. DHL's 0.3 kg max weight corresponds to its lowest tariff tier. Correos offers a cheaper rate but with 2–6 week delivery times, limited tracking in the Philippines and restricted insurance — not recommended for critical documents.

Insurance cover
It is not arranged by default. If you want it, we quote it on the value you declare — tell us when you ask for the quote.
The DFA apostille
Your document must reach us already apostilled from the Philippines. We explain the process on WhatsApp, but the DFA procedure is handled by your family or a local fixer there.
Obtaining Filipino documents
We don't get NBI, PSA, CENOMAR or degrees. If yours doesn't exist yet, it must first be issued in the Philippines; we transport it once it's ready.
Sworn translation
If you need a Spanish translation for official procedures, we refer you to sworn translators certified by MAEC (€30–60 separate).
Degree recognition
Handled by the Ministry or ANECA. We bring you the documents; you or a specialised agent handle the recognition.
Consular legalisations
Since 2019 the Philippines uses apostille (Hague Convention). We don't do traditional consular legalisations.
04Validation route

Before it travels, the paper goes through here.

The real chain a Filipino document follows before it is valid in Spain. The authority runs it, not us. We move the paper as soon as it is ready.

  1. Issuing authority

The PSA for civil records, the NBI for criminal records, the university for degrees and transcripts.

  2. The document, in hand

Your family or a fixer in the Philippines collects it: we don't process it.

  3. DFA

The Department of Foreign Affairs issues the apostille. Since 2019 it replaces consular legalisation.

  4. The shipment

We collect, ship and deliver. It is the only step that is ours.

  5. Use in Spain

With the DFA apostille the document is valid here, with no consulate step.

Where's the catch?

No catch. We specialise in the Spain↔Philippines route, work with local Filipino couriers and have volume from the community. DHL charges €83 because it covers 220 countries and maintains that global structure.

Do you also send documents from Spain?

Yes. The corridor works both ways, and we can also do the full round trip.

Do I have to apostille before shipping?

It depends on the receiving body. We tell you on WhatsApp before we collect anything — and the “Validation route” section has the real order of authorities for the Philippines.

What's the difference with Correos, which is cheaper?

Correos international certified is cheaper, but takes 2 to 6 weeks, tracking in the Philippines is very limited and insurance coverage for important documents is almost none. Not a real alternative for urgent or critical documents. If yours isn't, Correos can work for you.

When does the price change?

Exceptional cases, always told BEFORE: 48–72 h urgencies, weight above 2 kg, irreplaceable originals with extended insurance, deliveries to very minor islands or recurring business shipments on a volume rate.
