Public rates from DHL, FedEx and UPS for standard document shipping Spain–Philippines, checked in 2026. DHL's 0.3 kg max weight corresponds to its lowest tariff tier. Correos offers a cheaper rate but with 2–6 week delivery times, limited tracking in the Philippines and restricted insurance — not recommended for critical documents.
So why do the others charge nearly double?
Because with the big couriers you're paying for the global network, not just the shipment. DHL, FedEx and UPS cover 220+ countries and that structure is priced into every shipment, wherever it goes. We've built direct routes with trusted local operators — fewer layers, deals worked out over the years, volume that brings costs down. The final price reflects that: €39 flat, all in, no markup for a network your shipment doesn't need.
Transparency
We do one thing, very well.
Included in €39

Any province in the Philippines or mainland Spain city.
Insured international transport
Up to 0.5 kg. Base insurance included at no extra cost.
Real-time tracking
Tracking number from departure to delivery.
Coordination with local Filipino courier
We work with trusted local operators for the last-mile inside the Philippines.
Delivery at destination
Hand delivery with signature. Home address or our Barcelona office if you prefer.
Support in Tagalog, Spanish and English
Via WhatsApp, phone or in person at Pelai 9.
Not included (we don't promise it)
We don't handle the DFA apostille
Your document must reach us already apostilled from the Philippines. We explain the process on WhatsApp, but the DFA procedure is handled by your family or a local fixer there.
We don't process Filipino documents
We don't obtain NBI, PSA, CENOMAR or degrees. If your document doesn't exist yet, it must first be issued in the Philippines. We transport it once it's ready.
We don't do sworn translation
If you need a Spanish translation for official procedures, we recommend sworn translators certified by MAEC (€30–60 separate).
We're not a degree recognition agency
Degree recognition is handled by the Ministry or ANECA. We bring you the documents; you or a specialised agent handle the recognition.
We don't do consular legalisations
Since 2019 the Philippines uses apostille (Hague Convention). We don't do traditional consular legalisations.
Why we're honest about what we DON'T do
Because a thousand companies promise everything and fail at almost everything. We prefer to tell you the truth: we're specialists in document transport, period. If you need apostille, degree processing or sworn translation, we tell you exactly who does it well — even if that's not us. Your trust is worth more than a badly served customer.
Transparent pricing
Why do we charge less than half of DHL?
Not magic. Not a temporary offer. It's the business model.
One single route
We don't cover 220 countries like DHL. All our operation is concentrated on Spain↔Philippines. Less complexity = lower costs.
Deals with Filipino couriers
We work directly with local operators in the Philippines for the last mile. We negotiate rates with them thanks to volume. An individual customer would never get those prices.
No heavy corporate structure
One office in Barcelona. One bilingual team. No executives in glass towers. The price you see is the real price of the service.
Filipino community volume
We've been with the Filipino community in Spain for years — balikbayan, luggage, now documents. Trust generates volume, volume generates better prices, those prices go back to the community.
Real cases
Documents we ship every week.
