This one doesn't go by courier.
It doesn't ship with DHL, UPS or FedEx. It's consolidated cargo: we group several shipments into one load, so the price depends on how much room your box actually takes. We work it out by hand and close it with you on WhatsApp.

Tell us what you want to send and to which city in India. We give you the price per kilo before you pack anything.

The box reaches our Barcelona warehouse
You bring it or have it delivered. There it is weighed and measured, and charged by the kilo: the greater of actual and volumetric weight. You sign the contents declaration.

It flies in a grouped shipment and is delivered
Boxes leave together in one air shipment. Our partner in India handles customs clearance and delivery, and we update you at every milestone.

It is both our office and our warehouse — the same door. You can come without an appointment, though if you tell us on WhatsApp we will keep the scale free for you.

Transport of the box from our Barcelona warehouse to the recipient's address in India, with customs clearance handled by our partner at destination. If customs charges any duty, we explain it to you before closing.
We weigh and measure every box at the Barcelona warehouse. You pay the greater of actual and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 6000): on a plane, a big light box takes up room all the same.

Clothes, blankets and textiles
What travels most in a family box. It is bulky and light: by air, volume counts, so it pays to pack it tight.
Kitchenware and household items
Crockery, bedding, utensils. Well packed: the box is weighed and measured exactly as it arrives.

What you send your family, as long as it is not a commercial shipment.

Devices with batteries, food, cosmetics or medicines have their own rules by air and at India customs. Ask us before packing them.
Before you close the box
There are more limits by air than by sea, and India customs has its own.
We do not publish a list of prohibited items for this corridor here: the one that counts is the one we go through with you and you sign in the contents declaration before the box leaves. If something cannot go, we tell you before closing, not after.
Phones, laptops and anything with a battery have their own rules on a plane. Tell us what it is before packing it and we will confirm whether and how it can go.
By air and at customs, food comes with conditions. Ask us first: better to find out at the counter than at destination.
It leaves when the shipment is complete

Acacia Cargo ships boxes by air from its Barcelona warehouse to the recipient's address in India, grouped into air shipments and charged by the kilo. We do not publish a door-to-door time for this corridor yet: we would rather not give a figure we cannot stand behind. We update you at every milestone.
Boxes travel grouped: the shipment leaves when it is complete. When you hand in the box we tell you when the next one is planned.
Customs clearance in India is handled by our partner at destination. If customs asks for anything or charges any duty, we explain it to you before closing the shipment.

Every box carries an AC-… reference that shows where it is: in the warehouse, shipment closed, in flight, at customs, out for delivery and delivered.
