Frequently asked
Any online store that delivers within Spain. You check out with your Barcelona address, and we take it from there.
Prohibited and restricted goods (for example hazardous or perishable items) can't be forwarded. The full list will be published at launch.
There can be customs charges at destination, and we'd rather tell you now than let you find out at the door. Things you buy online normally count as merchandise, and merchandise can be taxed on arrival — unlike documents or personal effects. Before anything ships we tell you what in your box may generate charges, we file the declaration for you, and we message you on WhatsApp if customs asks for anything. What we do not do is pay those duties on your behalf: if the destination charges them, the recipient pays. Exact rules per corridor are published at launch.
