Your document between Pakistan and Spain, at a closed price.

You tell us what the paper is, where it leaves from and what address it goes to. With that we give you a closed price and tell you whether the document needs a prior step —apostille, attestation— before it travels. You don't need to know anything about logistics: that part is ours.

• One. You message us on WhatsApp with a photo or a description of the document. We confirm a closed price.
• Two. We collect the envelope at your home, at your agency or at your notary. If you are in Barcelona, you can also bring it to the office.
• Three. The document travels insured and tracked, and is delivered to the recipient's address in Pakistan. It works the same way in reverse: from Pakistan to Spain.

• Powers of attorney granted in Spain so that a relative can manage a property, an inheritance or a bank in Pakistan.
• University degrees and transcripts leaving Pakistan with HEC attestation, to study or work in Spain.
• Birth and marriage certificates —Nikkah Nama and its registration certificate— for family and reunification procedures.
• NADRA documents: CNIC, NICOP, POC, FRC or B-Form that need to move between the family here and the family there.
• Police Character Certificate and criminal record checks for public exams, visas and work.
• Contracts and company paperwork between firms and companies in both countries.

Since 9 March 2023 Pakistan is party to the Hague Convention, so a Spanish document bound for Pakistan is validated with an apostille, without going through the consulate. In Spain the apostille is issued by the Ministry of Justice for judicial and administrative documents, and by the Notarial Colleges for notarial ones.

In the other direction, a Pakistani document is apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), but it almost always requires prior attestation depending on the type: HEC for university degrees, IBCC for matric and intermediate, NADRA for death certificates, or the District Police Officer for criminal records. We do not carry out that procedure —the issuing body does— but we do know what order it goes in, and we move the paper as soon as it is ready.

One case worth knowing: a power of attorney granted in Spain for use in Pakistan first goes through the Embassy or Consulate of Pakistan, and is then verified by MOFA. The Consulate General of Pakistan in Barcelona is at calle Provença 173.

Because we do one thing only. We don't sell pallets, or removals, or general air freight: we move envelopes between Spain and a handful of countries we know well, with fixed routes and partners. That strips out layers —and the layers are what you pay for when a large operator quotes an envelope as if it were an industrial shipment.

What the price does include: collection at origin, insured transport, real-time tracking, delivery at destination and support in Spanish and English on WhatsApp. What we don't promise: delivery on an exact date, or dealing with Pakistani authorities on your behalf.
